House Ethics must release Gaetz investigation report

The Office of Congressional Ethics should conduct a preliminary inquiry into whether Representative Devin Nunes improperly disclosed classified information.

CREW filed a Freedom of Information Law (FOIL) request with the New York Office of the Attorney General (OAG) relating to the OAG's 2016 inquiry into the Donald J. Trump Foundation.

CREW filed a complaint with the Department of Justice (DOJ) requesting that it investigate whether Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi solicited a bribe from Donald J. Trump and whether Mr. Trump and the Donald J. Trump Foundation, Inc. paid a bribe to AG Bondi, both violations of federal criminal law.

CREW filed a complaint with the Internal Revenue Service stating that Donald Trump and the Trump Foundation appear to have broken the law by giving $25,000 to a political group supporting Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi in an effort to discourage her office from investigating Trump University.
