The campaign of Rep. William Lacy Clay (D-Mo.) paid his sister's law firm more than $100,000 during the last two election cycles for consulting and other services, even though she is a registered lobbyist.

Texas Republican Rep. Joe Barton's political action committee paid his wife, Terri, more than $57,000 in salary during the 2006 election.
